HEAT WITHSTAND SILICONE RUBBER FOR MOLDING DESCRIPTION
        Heat withstand silicone is kind of two-part silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature.Part A is a flow able liquid silicone,part B is the catalyst.This silicone also exhibit good chemical resistance and high temperature resistance (400°F / 205°C and higher). which makes silicone the only mold rubber suitable for casting low melt metals and alloys (e.g. zinc, tin, pewter, and Wood’s metal).

        Heat resistant RTV silicone make great production molds with 100:2 to 100:5 mixing ratio is applicable for cold casting of bronze resin art work casting,low melt alloys crafts casting and molding, toys, models, bronze casting, brass casting, art bronze foundry, bronze art works, bronze sculpture molding, casting foundries.The combination of good release properties, chemical resistance and heat resistance makes silicone well-suited for production casting of bronze.

HEAT WITHSTAND SILICONE RUBBER FOR MOLDING OPERATION
1.Firstly prepare the model mold or the product to be duplicated, take certain amount of the silicon rubber, add 2-5% curing agent, and mix evenly and they are ready for use. One pair of mold can be solidified and formed in 2-3 hours.

2.Secondly, pouring or brushing the liquid mixture into the original mold.

＊For simple pattern products we suggest use pouring operation way, which will be very easy to operate and demould. Pourable silicone require light viscosity which will be easy to flow smoothly and easy to de-air .

＊For delicate pattern products we suggest use brushing operation way, which can copy the pattern exactly . Brushable silicone require high viscosity which won’t be easy to flow away and easy to brush .

3.Thirdly, demould the silicone mold after 3-5 hours. Then the molding is done.


HEAT WITHSTAND SILICONE RUBBER FOR MOLDING NOTES
1.The curing rate of this product is closely relevant to the temperature. The higher the temperature is, the faster the mold dries.

2.Users can choose the curing agent according to the weather condition, and adjust the amount of the curing agent in order to reach the appropriated curing rate.

3.Normally, different silicone should be choosed according to different product's features,for example : 
- For products size (20cm-80cm),  with intricate designs, 20-25 shore A is suitable.  with simple designs, 25-30 shore A is suitable.

- For products size (80cm-150cm),  with intricate designs, 25 shore A is suitable. with simple designs, 30-35 shore A is suitable.

- For products size (more than 150cm),  with intricate designs, 25-28 shore a A is suitable. with simple designs, 35-40 shore A is suitable.
