Manual Mold Design Silicone Rubber

DESCRIPTION
        Manual mold silicone rubber is flowing liquid with consistant quality in whatever color. It consists of two components, component A is silicone base, and component B is curing agent or catalyst. Firstly,prepare the master mold or the product which is ready to be duplicated, take certain amount of the silicone rubber, add 2-5% curing agent, and mix them evenly for use,a mold can be obtained in 2-5 hours. The manual molding silicone is mainly applicable to manual molds and duplication of small quantity. 

APPLICATION
        Silicone rubber is mainly applicable to manual mold design, PVC plastic molds, model mold making, cement product molds, melting point alloy molds, alloy toy craftworks, plastic toy craftworks, gifts and stationery, large statues, duplication of cultural relics, shoe sole mold fabrication, pad printing positioning, shock resistance for electronic equipments, etc. 
 


OPERATION INSTRUCTION        
1. Make the mother mold clean and polished. 　　
2. Weigh the two parts exactly by electronic scale.       
3. Mix the two parts thouroughly.       
4. Exhaust the bubbles by certain machine or by reducing the volume of the added catalyst.     
5. Molding in the way of pouring or brushing.       
6. If necessary, a outer shell shall be made to protect the silicone mold from deformation.       (Note: we can provide mold making tutorial for customer by instruction or video )

Twelve(12) months when stored under dry and cool place by original package under 25℃
