SHOE SOLE MOLD MAKING SILICONE RUBBER DESCRIPTION
        Condensation silicone is suitable for shoe sole molds or shoe molds. Its advantages include high tensile strength, high tear strength, temperature resistance, high duplication times and so on. It is suitable for small size or medium size of products, and suitable for both fine and precision products and simple products, with is easy to demould with 25 shore A which is very elastic and flexible. This silicon is one of best selling silicone for the production of craftwork gifts and the shrinkage is only 2‰.  


SHOE SOLE MOLD MAKING SILICONE RUBBER APPLICATIONS
        RTV 2 part silicone rubber is general called two-component room temperature vulcanization silicon rubber with excellent fluidity and good operational performance. Add curing agent of 2%-5% at the room temperature, our product is still operational within 30-60 minutes,and in 2-5 hours, an elastic silicone mold will be obtained with resistance to deformation, extreme temperature, acid and alkali and expansion, difficult to get deformed. The product is mainly applicable to mold duplication of shoe sole mold because of its high quality which has been well received all these years.  



SHOE SOLE MOLD MAKING SILICONE RUBBER OEPRATION INSTRUCTION
        The silicone is in white, a kind of flowing liquid with general hardness of 15 shore A — 20 shore A after curing.

        Before you begin to make molds, you should polish and clean the original mould, otherwise you can not obtain a ideal molding effect, no matter how perfect the silicone quality is. If the customer wants to make large products with large size molds, the mold should be made of silicone rubber with high hardness such as 20 shore A hardness. On the contrary, if the mold with precision patterns and structure, it should be made of silicone with lower hardness 15 shore A hardness.

        The amount of the curing agent depends on the actual requirements of the customer. If molds requiring fast drying and demould, more curing agent is needed such as 5%; contrarily, if molds requiring slower drying and demould, less curing agent is needed such as 3%.

(we do not recommend you to add silicone oil. If a special soft silicone mold or fine detailed and complex patterns products are required, 5%-10% silicone oil can be added to soften the mold for easy demould).
