RTV Silicone for prototype

DESCRIPTION
        RTV silicone for prototype is a ideal material for prototype, with the all the advantage of being transparent, easy demoulding, and it is also featured with low shrinkage and low viscosity, good fluidity, favorable transparency; Without releasing any by-product with low molecular weight, and it's cured from top to bottom, from the inside and outside simultaneously, so it will be deeply-cured. Addition cure silicone will not have the problem of degradation or sticky molds because of the existence of by-product of small molecules under certain conditions ( closed, high temperature).it's very suitable for making transparent molds for many kinds of products, not only prototyping.

        HONG YE JIE's prototyping silicone is also featured with lower shrinkage and low viscosity, good fluidity; Without releasing any by-product with low molecular weight, and it's cured from top to bottom, from the inside and outside  simultaneously. it is transparent, so it is very favorable and convenient for customers to use it. It will not produce harmful substances during the molding process, completely food contact grade(FDA grade).   


APPLICATIONS
        Translucent silicone can be used in the field of liquid silicone prototype. As the vulcanizing reactions of addition cure silicone is fundamentally different from tin cure silicone’s, it has no problem of deep vulcanize or reverse reaction, ect problem. Our addition cure silicone is particularly applicable for rapid prototype, large stones molding, plaster and cement product replication, arts and crafts molding. It features with lower viscosity, high strength , good fluidity, can also be very suitable for precision complex pattern on the mother mold.     


WARM TIPS
        As addition cure silicone is a kind of platinum cure system ,which will be easy to cause uncure problem ,so Kindly follow the tips below :
＊Do not mix with liuqid condensation silicone rubber or even the tool which used for condensation silicone
＊Do not mix with organic matter which contains N, S, P organics and ionic compound like Sn, As,Hg, Ph,
＊Do not add any pigment or powder into the addition cure silicone rubber without any testing to prevent uncure problem
