DESRIPTION OF CONCRETE RELIEF MOLDING SILICONE RUBBER
        Ornamental concrete relief molding silicone rubber is two-parts silicone, part A is flowable liquid silicone, part B is curing agent (catalyst), the mixing ratio of condensation cure silicone is normally 100:2~100:5, some from European and USA is 10:1.The mixing ratio of addition silicone is normally 1:1, 10:1, 9:1,and both of it can gets cured at room temperature 25℃ within 3-6 hours or heating curing.


APPLICTION OF CONCRETE RELIEF MOLDING SILICONE RUBBER
        Both tin cure silicone and platinum cure silicone rubber are suitable for replicating the silicone rubber mold for concrete products, as long as it with good tear strength and tensile strength.  It's also perfect for cement , concrete stone, GRC and GFRC products’ mold making, such as the flower pot, fountain, polyurethane wood imitation, reinforced plastic, garden decorations, fiberglass product and other decoration industries.

OPERATION OF CONCRETE RELIEF MOLDING SILICONE RUBBER
1. Prepare the original mold：
Weight silicone & curing agent according to the mix ratio recommended,than remember to stir silicone & curing agent evenly, otherwise the silicon rubber will be partly solidified and bring problems in your final operation. What’s more, the finished molds will meet a short life.

2. Vacuum pumping:
This step takes less than 10 minutes. Otherwise, it will cause cross linking reaction, and no more further steps will be available.

3. Pouring casting or Brush operation: 
Notes:1. For simple pattern products we suggest use pouring operation way, which will be very easy to operate and demould. Pourable silicone require light viscosity which will be easy to flow smoothly and easy to de-air .

2.For delicate pattern products we suggest use brushing operation way, which can copy the pattern exactly . Brushable silicone require high viscosity which won’t be easy to flow away and easy to brush .

4. Demoulding:
After 3-5 hours later, can demould the silicone mold, It’s will be better to demould after 24 hours Note: We suggest to set the silicone mold for another 24 hours after demould before put into large production .


NOTES OF CONCRETE RELIEF MOLDING SILICONE RUBBER
        1.The curing rate of this product is closely relevant to the temperature. The higher the temperature is, the greater the humidity is and the curing speed becomes faster. 

        2.our company does not recommend that customers add silicone oil. If customers surely need quite soft silicone mold or molding for fine detailed and complex patterns products, 5%-10% silicone oil can be added to soften the mold for easy demoulding.)



The proportions and reactions of the curing agent and the base silicone are listed as the followings: 　　
1. With 1% catalyst, the handing time is within 2.5 hours and silicone the mold can solidify after 8 hours. 　　
2. With 2% catalyst, the handing time is within 1 hour and the silicone mold can solidify after 6 hours. 　　
3. With 3% catalyst, the handing time is within 30 minutes and the silicone mold can solidify after 4 hours. 　　
4. With 4% catalyst, the handing time is within 15 minutes and the silicone mold can solidify after 2 hours.
(Note: Above speculation is not fixed data, because we provide 5 types of catalyst with different curing speed)


SHELF LIFE OF CONCRETE RELIEF MOLDING SILICONE RUBBER
Twelve(12) months from date of shipment when stored under 25℃ in the original sealed packages at dry and cool places.
