APPLICATION OF ODORLESS LIQUID SILICONE FOR ARTIFICIAL LIMBS
        Odorless liquid silicone is used for making silicone prosthesis and silicone dummies, such as silicone organs, mask, simulated robot, silicone baby, artificial limbs & artificial hand & life like feet & artificial human leg & silicone fingers for amputation purpose.  


DESCRIPTION OF ODORLESS LIQUID SILICONE FOR ARTIFICIAL LIMBS
        Silicone rubber for making prosthesis is a kind of medical grade silicone, skin safe silicone, also food grade silicone. It is a platinum cure / addition cure silicone rubber which is RT V-2 type, general called two-component room temperature vulcanization liquid silicone rubber, part A is silicone rubber, part B is catalyst / curing agent. Mixing ratio is 1 :1.

INSTRUCTION OF ODORLESS LIQUID SILICONE FOR ARTIFICIAL LIMBS
1.Mix silicone rubber part A and part B with mixing ratio 1:1

2.Pour the mixture into the original mold / mother mold.

3.Waiting for dry within 8 hours, then the silicone prosthesis is done.  


NOTICE OF ODORLESS LIQUID SILICONE FOR ARTIFICIAL LIMBS
1. In order to avoid no curing problem, it cannot mix with condensation cure silicone rubber, organic matter which is containing N, S, P organics and ionic compound like Sn, As,Hg, Ph. What’s more, please do not smoke when operating the platinum cure silicone rubber, otherwise, it will cause to no curing problem too.

2. The solidification of platinum cure silicone rubber is particularly affected by temperature, higher the temperature is, faster the curing time will be.

Twelve(12) months when stored under dry & cool place by original package under 25℃.
