Low density silicone foam liquid material

DESRIPTION OF LOW DENSITY SILICONE FOAM LIQUID MATERIAL 
        Silicone foam is a kind of RTV -2 addition cured silicone rubber, consisted of translucent liquid silicone and curing agent with mix ratio 1:1 ,and it becomes white soft elastic material after vulcanization. It is a kind of environmentally friendly material, the product is non-toxic ,tasteless, safety and health.

APPLICTION OF LOW DENSITY SILICONE FOAM LIQUID MATERIAL 
        Low density silicone foam is liquid material, it's suitable to make foam silicone products, such as streetlight filling, washers, silicone foam pillow, silicone foam sofa, silicone foam sheet material, silicone foam roller, silicone foam board, silicone foam mat, silicone foam toys, silicone foam breast pad, silicone foam bra, high temperature tube of the autoclave, flame retardant, surface active agent, filling materials, makes the application of foam filling,Fill/seat cushion, orthopedic and shock absorption, etc.  


OPERATION OF LOW DENSITY SILICONE FOAM LIQUID MATERIAL 
        Weigh part A and part B with the mix ratio of 1:1. At room temperature, the operating time is about 5-10 minutes, curing time is about 40 minutes. As for quick-drying silicone rubber(at room temperature), the operating time is less 20 minutes and curing time is about 1 hour.  


NOTES OF LOW DENSITY SILICONE FOAM LIQUID MATERIAL 
        1.As it is easy to cause uncure problem of addition cure rtv silicone, please clean up all the tools which had mixed with condensation cure silicone rubber before. And don’t smoke when operating foaming silicone.

        2.Viscosity, operation time, hardness and volume increase multiples can be adjusted according to the individual requirement.

        3.Do not add water, organic tin catalyst, acids, alkali and other organic compounds containing sulfur, phosphorus and nitrogen, as they can affect the process of curing.    



SHELF LIFE OF LOW DENSITY SILICONE FOAM LIQUID MATERIAL 
        Twelve(12) months from date of shipment when stored under 25℃ in the original sealed packages at dry and cool places.

        1kg/jar, 5kgs/drum, 20kgs/drum, 200kgs/drum and vacuumed packing is available.
