        GFRC casting silicone rubber is a kinds two component RTV 2 liquid silicone rubber ,as good tensile strength as well as low shrinkage ,so it is widely used for making mold in construction decoration industries ,such as concrete mold ,plaster mold, cement mold, ceramic statues,polyurethane statues .etc.

        GFRC molding silicone is mainly for architecture molds making, also suitable for concrete statue, veneer, paving, fountain, faux stone, man made stone, GFRC, glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC), animals and plants sculpture, statue buddha, relief, statues buddha, artifacts copied, cement and similar concrete house decoration molds making.

GFRC MOLDING SILICONE OPERATION
Firstly prepare the model mold or the product to be duplicated, take certain amount of the silicon rubber, add 2-5% curing agent, and mix evenly and they are ready for use. One pair of mold can be solidified and formed in 2-3 hours.  



GFRC MOLDING SILICONE SHELF LIFE
Twelve(12) months from date of shipment when stored under 25℃ in the original sealed packages at dry and cool places.

1kg/jar, 5kgs/drum, 20kgs/drum, 25kgs/drum, 200kgs/drum and vacuumed packing is available.
