        Medical silicone for shoe insole is mainly used for making all kinds of silicone foot care products, silicone food health care products, such as silicone shoe insole, heel cup, heel spur, toe cap, metatarsal pad, shoulder pad,  anti skid patch and so on.

         Liquid silicone rubber is two part addition cure silicone, the mixing ration is 1:1 or 10:1. it has:

4.High temperature resistance: 150-220℃

USING INSTRUCTIONS OF MEDICAL SILICONE FOR SHOE INSOLE
Step 1: Take 100 G part A and 100 G part B and mix them evenly.   

Step 2: Vacuum pumping Without exception, this step takes less than 10 minutes. Otherwise, it will cause cross linking reaction, and no more further steps will be available.   

Step 3: Cleaning the mold Clean your mold and brush a layer of release agent(detergent or soap water) on your it.  

Step 4: Pour the mixture with correct mixing ratio into the model frame. After about 2-4 hours, when the silicone cured, get out the silicone insole .
