Fabrication of prostheses

With the occurrence of traffic accidents and other natural and man-made disasters,many people were deprived of the integrity of life and therefore must resort to prostheses to normal life.But do you know the production  process of making prostheses? Here I will feel free to tell you.   　　First,you must prepare the tools,such as: hand mold, scissors, hairbrush, vaseline, electronic scales,measuring cups and so on. In order to make the artificial limb fingerprints and color to achieve high simulation degree, we can use Hong Ye E620 whose color  and hardness is close to human skin.   　　Second, mix component A and B with the ratio of 1:1 evenly and then do the process of Vacuum-Pumping.Vacuum to draw to -0.1MP, which prevents the mold made out of bubbles and affect the quality of hand touch.   　　Three,Coated the vaseline evenly in the inner side of the hand  touch mould, pour a little silicone after vacuum pumping process,and Pour little pumping vacuum processing of silicone, then tilt slowly shake let silicone attached to touch the wall, after silicone no longer flow again pour the rest of lifecasting.   　　Remember don't pour full silicone of the mold, and keeping 5 cm at the feed inlet of the mold.After silicone doesn’t flow, brushing the Vaseline at the severed limb,then severed into incompletely cured silicone, adjusted to the right position,and waiting for the silicone is completely cured.   　　Finally,Demoulding--with high pressure gun to blow the mold, make the mold for easy release and hand touch Separation.Use the scissors to trim the edges of the hand touch, and then hand touch produced.
