1.Prepare the necessary tools, such as rulers, knives, brushes, wood board, etc.Polish the original mold. Fix the mold on the wood board with glue.   2.Divide the mold into two parts with mold line. Pile up the soft clay under the mold line. Make sure there is no gap between the mold and clay.   3.Trim the clay and make latches to avoid the dislocation between two pieces of silicone rubber mold. The latch should be about 1cm away from the mold.   4.Brush a layer of release agent on the mold evenly(such as detergent, soapy water and Vaseline)   5.Choose the type of silicone rubber according to the product’s structure, pattern and application. Here we use HY-625 silicone rubber, adding 2%-5% curing agent into the silicone rubber, then stir the silicone rubber and curing agent evenly. Vacuum to -0.1MP, which can release bubbles.   6.Use the air sprayer gun to release bubbles on the surface of silicone rubber. Brush the second layer of silicone rubber till the first layer is cured. It should be thicker than the first layer. The proportion of curing agent in second layer can be higher than the first layer. Cover the gauze(increase the tension of the mold) when the silicone stop flowing.   7.Brush another layer of silicone rubber. We can add another layer of gauze according to the size of the products (no more than two layers). Trim the silicone, then we can start to make the outer mold.   8.Firstly, Prepare suitable glass boards and fix them around the mold as a square, make sure no gap between the glass board and original mold. Take enough gypsum into the bucket, then stir it evenly. Pour the gypsum into the square.   9.Remove the paperboard when the gypsum is cured, trim edge of the gypsum mold Clean up the clay on the other side. Repeat the above steps to make the other side of silicone mold and outer mold.   10.Remove the paperboard when the outer mold is cured. Release the whole gypsum mold out off the silicone mold. Then check and trim the silicone mold with scissors. The silicone mold is finished. We suggest to put the silicone mold into production after 24 hours.
