Process of Brushing Silicone for Silicone Hands or...

1.Prepare the necessary tools, such as rulers, knives, brushes, wood board, etc.   2.Choose the type of silicone rubber according to the product’s structure, pattern and application. Here we use HY-E615  silicone rubber with the mixing ratio of 1:1, then stir it evenly. Vacuum to -0.1MP, which can release bubbles. After vacuum- pumping, pour the silicone rubber into the mold.   3.When the silicone rubber is cured, remove the mold and take out the silicone hands or feet; Brush a layer release agent  evenly(such as detergent, soapy water and Vaseline) and restore the mold. Then check and trim the silicone hands or feet  with scissors. Use the Naphtha to clean the silicone hands or feet which is good for the adhesion of brushing silicone rubber   4.When the Naphtha is dried, we choose the type of silicone rubber according to the product’s structure, pattern and application.  Here we use HY-Q615 silicone rubber with the mixing ratio of 1:1, then stir it evenly.Vacuum to -0.1MP, then brush the silicone rubber on the silicone hands or feet evenly.   5.The whole operation process is finished. We suggest to put the silicone mold into production after 24 hours.
