Silicone Gel for HEPA Air Filters Sealing

INTRODUCTION
        Silicone gel is a two-component platinum catalyzed silicone elastomer with weatherability, absorbability of thermal expansion and heat shrinkage, long term usage and no cracking. It has excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, mildew resistance and no bacteria breeding. The elastomer adhesive is composed of platinum catalyzed polydimethylsiloxane. The curing temperature range is room temperature ~ 200 ℃, and no by-products are produced.

        Organosilicon gel is a special silicone gel, which is formed by the reaction of polymer cross-linked compounds, and it coexists with the gel self adhered surface. The two components of AB are 1:1, which is convenient for weighing, potting production and operation, and there is no discharge of waste gas, waste liquid and waste residue. The whole reaction process does not produce any by-products, which can achieve environmental protection.



APPLICATION
