902 Wear Resistant Pad Printing Silicone for High Volume Cont

Product No:HY-902
Brand:HYC-Silicone
Product Usage:Specially for manufacturing wear-resistant pad printing heads for high volume continuous production and hard surface products, ideal for plastic toys, hardware tools, electronic housings, auto parts, with long service life and stable printing results

902 Pad Printing Silicone is a wear-resistant general-purpose two-component RTV-2 silicone rubber designed for high volume continuous pad printing production. With a hardness of 25±2 Shore A, slightly harder than standard general-purpose grades, the 902 offers superior wear resistance and tear strength, resulting in longer pad service life. It features moderate viscosity, good fluidity, easy operation, stable ink transfer, and sharp clear patterns, making it the ideal choice for production scenarios with high wear resistance and durability requirements.
Key Features
High Wear Resistance, Longer Service Life — At 25±2 Shore A, excellent wear resistance, pads withstand repeated pressing without wearing out, service life extended by over 30% compared to standard grades.
High Tear Strength, Resistant to Damage — High tensile and tear strength, pad edges resist cracking, suitable for long hours of continuous production.
Moderate Viscosity, Easy to Process — Good fluidity, easy to pour and degas, producing fully formed pads with smooth bubble-free surfaces.
Stable Ink Transfer — Fine texture, even ink pick-up and release, sharp clear patterns with clean edges.
Good Resilience, No Deformation — Recovers quickly after repeated pressing, no collapsing or deformation even after long use.
Multiple Colors Available — Offered in red, yellow, white, and green to suit different production preferences.
Applications
High volume printing of plastic toys and PVC toys
Hardware tools and power tool housing marking
Electronic housings and home appliance parts logo printing
Auto parts and motorcycle components marking
Ceramic and glass product pattern decals
Sports equipment and outdoor products printing
Continuous production scenarios requiring high pad durability and wear resistance
Operating Instructions
Clean the pad mold thoroughly, apply release agent evenly, and place on a flat, stable surface.
Weigh component A and curing agent at the specified ratio. Stir component A well first, then add curing agent and mix thoroughly.
Pour the mixed silicone slowly into the mold to avoid air bubbles; vacuum degassing recommended for best results.
Cover with a board and demold after 2–4 hours at room temperature.
Note: The 902 is a wear-resistant grade with slightly higher hardness; adding silicone oil is generally not required. For slightly softer pads, a small amount may be added, but this will slightly reduce wear resistance.
