Operating Instructions

Step 1: Master Pattern Preparation Ensure the master mannequin or display prop pattern is clean, dry, and free of contaminants that can poison platinum catalyst (sulfur, tin, amines, lead, latex). For clay or oil-based sculpts, apply a compatible barrier sealant. Clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol and allow to dry fully.

Step 2: Mold Framing and Parting Line Setup Large mannequin molds are typically produced in 2–4 segments.
