HY-E615 robot skin silicone is a platinum‑catalyzed addition‑type RTV‑2 liquid silicone rubber developed and produced by Shenzhen Hong Ye Jie Technology Co., Ltd. It consists of flowable Part A and Part B, mixed at 1:1 by weight. It cures at room temperature, and heating can accelerate curing speed. Both thin‑wall and thick‑wall products can be cast, suitable for manual prototyping and automated mass production.

This series covers Shore A hardness from 0‑30A. Super‑soft grade (0‑5A) is ideal for soft‑tissue simulation and film special‑effect prosthetics. Medium‑soft grade (10‑15A) fits humanoid robot skin and prosthetic liners. Medium‑hard grade (20‑30A) is for frequently‑used medical teaching models and museum display wax figures.

The material features low shrinkage rate, which can precisely replicate fine details such as skin pores and subtle lines. After curing, it delivers excellent tear resistance and anti‑aging performance. It resists damage after repeated stretching and bending, and is less prone to oil bleeding and surface tackiness. Its anti‑yellowing performance is better than ordinary simulation silicone, extending service life of bionic finished goods.

This silicone is non‑toxic and odor‑free with good biocompatibility, suitable for products with indirect human‑skin contact. Custom skin‑tone, translucent and transparent colors are available. Good fluidity supports pouring and brushing molding, fitting both R&D sampling and large‑scale production.

Operating Instructions

Stir Part A and Part B separately before mixing to disperse settled fillers. Mix two components at 1:1 weight ratio for 2‑3 minutes, scrape container bottom and walls for full blending. Vacuum degassing is recommended to remove bubbles. Pot life is 30‑40 minutes at room temperature, full curing takes 4‑8 hours. Heating at 60‑80℃ can shorten curing time.

Notes

Platinum silicone will fail to cure when contacting sulfur, tin, lead or phosphorus substances. Molds and tools previously used for condensation silicone must be thoroughly cleaned. Avoid sharp‑object scratching and long‑term strong sunlight exposure. Small‑area skin test is suggested for skin‑contact finished products.

Packing & Storage

Part A and Part B are packed separately in 5kg, 20kg, 200kg drums. Store in cool and dry place. Shelf life: 12 months. Transported as non‑dangerous goods.
