HONG YE SILICONE Liquid Silicone Foam Enhances Sealing

Modern home appliances and consumer electronics must run quietly, seal reliably, and last for years in demanding conditions — yet the foam components inside them are often the weakest link. Conventional polyurethane foams compress permanently, absorb moisture, and lose their sealing and cushioning performance over time. HONG YE SILICONE's liquid silicone foam, a platinum-cured two-component addition curing silicone rubber, is now replacing these conventional materials in appliances ranging from washing machines to smart speakers.

The foam's excellent rebound resilience delivers durable gasketing and vibration damping that maintains performance through years of daily use, keeping appliances quiet and reducing premature component wear. Its closed-cell structure resists steam, water, and humidity — exactly the conditions found inside dishwashers, washing machines, and humidifier-equipped spaces — preventing the moisture absorption and degradation that shorten appliance life.

With a wide service temperature range of -65°C to 200°C, the material covers everything from freezer compartments to oven seals, while its chemical inertness resists detergents, cleaning agents, and food residues. The 2× to 7× expansion ratio lowers raw material consumption, reducing component cost, and the simple 1:1 mixing with room-temperature or heat curing supports both manual and automated production.

In consumer electronics, the foam provides acoustic sealing and vibration isolation for smart speakers, protects sensitive components in robot vacuums and connected appliances, and seals outdoor-rated devices against dust and weather. Produced under ISO9001-certified quality control, certified to UL and CE standards, and exported to buyers in more than 138 countries, HONG YE SILICONE helps appliance and electronics manufacturers build products that perform reliably for the life of the home.
